Over the last two weeks I have had the privilege of working with Nadia Doucet on the sale of my house. Not only do you get Nadia's enthusiasm and energy, you get her expertise and her team. Nadia helped me with the purchase of an investment property. She also put me in contact with the corporate company renting my new suite. Being very busy with work I didn't have much time to look for a place and needed someone who knew which properties would make a great investment.

Working with her was easy and stress free. She only showed me condos that the corporate rental company was interested in. She also managed to negotiate the inclusion of all the furnishing in the price. This not only saved me a lot of money, it saved me the time and hassle of furnishing the condo.

Nadia negotiated a price below what I was expecting and ready to pay. Had she not been on my side, I would most likely have ended up paying much more.

We got to know Louise during one of her open houses. We were just starting to get a feel of the house market in UBC area while planning for a potential purchase. We were very impressive about her knowledge and were very comfortable with her way of approaching your needs. She immediately sent us some of the listing after we just briefly told her our rough requirement. She was very patient in explaining the details and educating us on the current market. Also, she was not pushing us for a definite purchase decision. Instead, she was trying to provide different areas and options of listings to us to allow us to gradually feel the area and different type of houses and make our own decision. At the beginning, we were not sure whether we should buy condo/townhouse in UBC or Kitsilano area. She presented different listings in each area and gave us the time to select the best things for us while providing good information for our decision at the same time. She is very knowledgeable on the housing market and very keen on the trends. In the end, she helped us to get one of the best options we had from the market. I would highly recommend Louise as a realtor based on my experience with her. I had come to her after listing my place with another realtor for 90 days and receiving the worst service I have ever had. Louise took my listing even though she lived in Vancouver and my home was in Coquitlam, but she gave me better service than any local agent could. Louise helped stage my home and had 2 open houses in the first week. As a result of her efforts, I received an offer at a price I was happy with within 2 weeks of listing with her and the Vancouver Home Team!

Louise is extremely professional and goes out of her way to ensure her clients' needs are met. Unlike some other agents, she doesn't look upon you like you are "just another commission",

but actually cares that you are happy with your purchase or sale. She was also very helpful to me when I was moving into my new home. I couldn't have done it without her!
